I recently underwent a total abdominal surgery, and I want to recognize the incredible nursing staff, residents, partner physicians, Dr. Kushnir, the support staff, physical therapy team, technicians, and the nurse manager. This was a very difficult surgery, and having such a compassionate team caring for my every need made the experience much more manageable. A special thank you goes to my nurse, Leah. She treated me like family from the moment we met until I was discharged. She always made sure I was comfortable, explained the best ways to manage my pain, and regularly stopped by just to check on me. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion made a lasting impact during one of the hardest times in my life. I also want to recognize Dulce. Although I only had the opportunity to work with her for one night, her positive spirit is truly contagious. You can immediately tell she genuinely cares about every patient, whether they're there for a short stay or a long recovery. She saw how excruciating my pain was and strongly advocated for me, making sure I received the care I needed. Dr. Kushnir had an incredibly demanding schedule, but thanks to the outstanding communication and teamwork, the residents and partner physicians consistently checked on me and made sure I was progressing well. Any total abdominal surgery is challenging, and having healthcare professionals who advocate for effective pain management makes all the difference. I am deeply grateful to every member of the team for helping me through my recovery with compassion, respect, and exceptional care. You made an incredibly difficult experience so much easier, and I will never forget the kindness you showed me. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Finding quality medical care can be difficult, but the team at MountainView reminded me what exceptional healthcare looks like. From the moment I arrived, Corey was there with a wheelchair before I had even fully exited my vehicle. Dr. Elizabeth Berger showed compassion and urgency, ensuring Dr. Cheryl Brewer was fully informed and involved in my care. The nursing staff—Bles, Brittany, and Ekram—provided outstanding care, while Jo, Tinisha, and Deilana consistently stepped in with kindness and support. What impressed me most was how seamlessly everyone worked together. Communication was excellent, transitions in care were smooth, and every member of the team seemed genuinely invested in my well-being. In a time when I felt vulnerable, this remarkable group of professionals made me feel seen, cared for, and safe. I just noticed I didn't mention the amazing surgical team that took the time to introduce themselves prior and explain what part they will take. Professionals with wonderful bedside manners. And thank you JO from first night to walking me out hands down First Class Care. I applaud you. Thank you all for your compassion, teamwork, and exceptional care.

My husband recently had a procedure at the Mountain View Hospital. It was a very positive and reassuring experience. The entire team was excellent , but a special shout out to the Cath.Lab Recovery nurse Myra T. She went above and beyond to ensure my husband was well cared for. Albert who took his vitals and did the pre-op prep was also very good. My husband could not have had a better team than Dr. Sirulnick the cardiologist who performed the procedure, and Dr. Uhler the anesthesiologist. Thank you to the entire team , especially Nurse Myra T.

I had an excellent experience at this hospital and wanted to recognize the outstanding care and professionalism I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my visit as comfortable as possible. A special thank you goes to Tiffany, who truly stood out throughout my experience. Her kindness, compassion, and positive attitude made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Tiffany went above and beyond to ensure I felt informed, comfortable, and cared for every step of the way. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with such genuine empathy, and she is a tremendous asset to the hospital. The entire team provided exceptional service, but Tiffany’s dedication and commitment to patient care left a lasting impression on me. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality healthcare. My experience was positive. Though the pre op check-in process is lengthy, I appreciate their dedication to accuracy and due diligence. Day of visit the wait was quite long, normal of course however the waiting area was not completely impossible. Plenty of seating and a fairly open area, staff available to answer questions and provide support. Everything was handled with care and very streamlined. Everyone did a wonderful job. Attentive nurses and specialists, Thank you all.

Haikuhe was an extraordinary nurse. From the moment I arrived in the Emergency Department, she was calm, confident, and incredibly compassionate. She explained everything clearly, acted quickly and skillfully, and made me feel genuinely cared for during a stressful and frightening situation. Her dedication and professionalism went far beyond my expectations, and it’s clear she is an invaluable part of the team. If I could give ten stars, I would and I would definitely recommend Mountain View Hospital to anyone who truly wants to feel cared for.

Today, my sister had a knee surgery at Mountain View hospital, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional care we received from start to finish. From the moment she checked in, every staff member treated us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Her surgeon, Dr. James Manning explained everything clearly, answered all our questions together with his awesome assistant Alex made us feel confident and at ease before the procedure. The nursing team was incredible—attentive, patient, and always ready with a reassuring smile. Huge thanks to Cat on the second floor, at the entrance of surgery waiting room, but also Steve, Jana, Elinor and some others were amazing. They made sure my sister was comfortable, well-informed, and cared for at every stage of her stay. The hospital itself was clean, well-organized, and efficiently run. We felt safe and supported throughout the recovery. We are truly grateful to the entire team for turning what could have been a stressful experience into one filled with trust and comfort. Thank you, Mountain View hospital for your outstanding care. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical treatment.

i have epilepsy and every single nurse or dr i see is the best!!! i wrote down some names last night (in between seizures) : these are names from the er and once i got to my room. not all of them so i apologize if you’re name isn’t here: TAMMI!! STEVE KYLE CHAEE! COURTNEY CHARITY CADENCE LATISHA CRYSTAL SYMONE FRANSCISCO IVAN andrew adrian. lab guy LEXI RAPID-lead!! i love her!!! ROCHELLE TAMMI!!!!!! as she walked by she always made she i was good. i love you tammi! MARY JON-supervising nurse. janice-supervisor. Janna Timena Nef kim Tammi-again. such a blessing. she makes me feel so soo loved!!!!! mary Dr.Azma<—she’s the absolute best! Dr. Victorias and his staff member (sorry i forgot his name)<— he was so kind and sweet! it’s really hard to have epilepsy because sometimes i can’t speak and these nurses are like it’s okay take your time. no one get annoyed of frustrated with me. they tell me to stop apologizing. they tell me it’s okay. they tell me that’s what they’re here for. and it gives me such comfort!!! this is the only hospital i go to to make sure im properly taken care of!! side note: the cafeteria food is SO GREAT!!!!! thank you for putting all the love in the food for us! we appreciate it!

On Friday the 10th, I was taken by the emergency response team to the hospital, and after several hours, I was transferred into the care of RN Reisy and RN Nina from IMC. From that moment on, they treated me with such kindness and compassion, like I was part of their own family. Their attention, professionalism, and genuine care made a difficult situation much easier to handle. I truly want to thank them for the outstanding service they provided and for going above and beyond in taking care of me. I was taken to the emergency room at Mountain View Hospital on Friday, July 10th due to symptoms of atrial fibrillation, and I truly appreciated the care I received. From the moment I arrived, I was attended by two nurses, Savannan and Jennifer W., who were both incredibly attentive and compassionate. They made sure I was comfortable, kept a close eye on my condition, and treated me with genuine kindness and professionalism throughout my time there. My nurse Jackie S. (3south) provided exceptional care throughout my time as a patient. She was kind, compassionate, professional, and incredibly hardworking. No matter how busy things were, she always took the time to check on me, answer my questions, and make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Her positive attitude, patience, and dedication never went unnoticed. She truly cares about her patients and consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care. I’m grateful for everything she did for me, and she made a difficult experience much easier. She is an incredible nurse, and any patient would be fortunate to have her caring for them.
